I wanted to thank you for our stay at Mews Hill. We had a wonderful visit to the local area and found the house ideally placed. The layout of the property was perfect for our needs, and the children, in particular, enjoyed the garden. It was also very useful to have such plentiful bathroom facilities
Mews Hill offers an adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two ponies or small horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £75 per horse per week. The paddock adjoins a bridleway which gives access to the National Park.
Immediately adjoining the house, a few years ago, we planted up a small copse which is also fenced off to stop the deer and rabbits getting in. We have also put in a picnic bench so guests can enjoy the copse. As well as providing the perfect picnic area, the fencing provides a great dog run.
