At the 2nd floor (attic) level is a small twin bedroom with two single beds, and a double room with 4’6″ bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen included – tenants require towels. There is a travel cot, highchair, stair-gate and changing mat available.
There are 2 bathrooms, both fully tiled and refurbished. On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. On the second floor is a shower room with Mira Sport electric shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
To the rear of the property is a good sized area of wooden decking with table and chairs and a small garden beyond. Also off-road parking for one medium size car on the driveway in front of the property.
