The cottage is located on a private lane with no passing traffic and with a very beautiful 0.5 acre garden with its own stream, summerhouse and large trampoline.

Boasting 6 bedrooms plus a Shepherd’s Hut, 4.5 bathrooms and space for 6 cars to be parked, it can accommodate up to 14 guests in total comfort. Recently upgraded, the cottage now has a conservatory to sit and enjoy the lovely & extensive rear garden. A games room has been added above the new garaging offering table tennis, table football or just a kids chill out area away from the adults! With a separate and cosy dining room for 14 guests and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite wet room room for the less mobile, it truly offers something for everyone.

This New Forest holiday property is located in the centre of Woodgreen village in the New Forest National Park. There is a great family country pub – The Horse and Groom – at the end of its private lane offering an open fire and a friendly “hello” to our guests. With a village shop within a short walk for all the essentials. Using your car, the pretty river fronted town of Fordingbridge is 5 miles away or the major town of Salisbury with its stunning cathedral is 10 miles away.
