Lounge with a cosy woodburner, LCD TV with freeview and Amazon film streaming, 2 pouffe bean bags and a double sofa bed with patio doors leading out to the rear courtyard.

Master Bedroom – Twin beds that can be arranged as a kingsize (upon request) bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom Two – Double bed with bedside tables, reading lamps and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three – Compact bedroom with shorty bunk beds suitable for children only.
Family bathroom comprising of a large shower cubicle with rain shower head, W.C and washbasin.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Enclosed rear courtyard with benched seating and BBQ fire pit for those chilly evenings.
Parking for one car, additional free parking is available in the car park a few metres from the cottage.
Note; Sleeps 7 by arrangement only (Maximum 6 adults) – due to sleeping configuration.
