There are marvellous scenic coastal walks – in particular (and not for the faint-hearted), Golden Cap, where southern England’s highest cliff can be found.

The property is approached via private gate directly from Marine Parade (on the sea front) with steps leading directly up to the property.
Large & bright multi-aspect living room with spectacular sea views. Kitchen/dining-room with sea views. Two twin-bed ground floor bedrooms, one with sea views. Ground floor Bathroom/W.C. with separate shower cubicle.
First floor: Character double bedroom with sloping ceilings and 5ft double bed and seating area by the window, again with stunning sea views, TV and en-suite shower room/W.C.
A parking permit is provided for your use throughout your stay – the car park is a leisurely 5-10 minute walk away.The property also now benefits from wireless internet access – the access/security code is clearly printed on the wireless router inside the property.Most people find that they very seldom require the use of a car as all local walks, pubs, shops restaurants are literally right on the doorstep, so a vehicle is only really required for day-trips away from the town.
If you require the use of a cot, please bring your own linens. There is a selection of books, DVDs and a comprehensive folder of local information, recreation & services/facilities
Strictly no pets and no smoking inside the property (there is a private, sheltered garden with a table & parasol which may be utilised as a smoking area).
