This attractive stone house has a wonderful mix of contemporary and traditional style. The sun floods into all the rooms and the south facing terrace and mature gardens provide a perfect holiday retreat. The ground floor is all on one level with a bedroom and wet room to provide easy access for any guests of limited mobility. There is lovely spacious living for a group of 9/10 to relax or to use as a base to explore all that this part of Dorset has to offer. Close to the Jurassic Coast and many interesting towns and villages, along with great places to eat.

Court Close lies in the centre of the pretty village of Litton Cheney. Despite its central position, the views are of open countryside. The family has a long association with the village having originally owned The Court House and the adjoining fields belong to them, although not the animals. Court Close has recently been totally renovated and provides great comfort in the heart of West Dorset.

The house is south facing with a wide terrace the full length of the house as well as a cosy east facing terrace for the morning sun. The gardens are large and well maintained.

There is spacious accommodation in 5 en-suite bedrooms so that 9/10 people can have a very comfortable holiday. This is a great base from which to explore all that West Dorset has to offer, or simply to enjoy the house and garden. Our information pages are full of ideas of things to do for both adult and family groups. It is also a perfect place for family/group gatherings and special celebrations.

Litton Cheney is conveniently placed with easy access onto the A35 to the north and is only about 10 minutes from the nearest beach at Burton Bradstock with its renowned Hive Café. The village has a pub within walking distance of the house.

In fact, the walking from Litton Cheney us stunning with wonderful coastal and inland paths. With this in mind we welcome a maximum of two well behaved dogs by special arrangement.
