Steyning is a pretty Sussex village that offers plenty of activities, the village has a wealth of independent shops and a fine selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Located in the heart of the South Downs, it is a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks as well as cycling, and for those looking for a traditional family seaside holiday there is the nearby beach at Shoreham.
Enter the property, to find the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, has a large comfy sofa and two chairs with an inglenook fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV and DVD. Enjoy a relaxed meal at the small dining table, or a morning coffee sitting on the bar stools. Through to the kitchen area, where there is gas range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. A door from the kitchen area, leads out into the fully enclosed garden and there is a separate WC. Steep turned stairs lead from the hall and take you to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms, one delightful king-size bedroom with wrought iron bedstead, and one twin bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). The light and airy bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, is a wonderful landscaped garden to enjoy with patio area, table, chairs and BBQ, great for summer entertaining. There is also a lawn area and bicycle storage for keen cyclists. Parking is available within walking distance, either unrestricted roadside parking or the nearby local car park (charges apply). Guests may unload outside of the property
