Here you can find a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The beach is just a ten-minute walk away, while Hastings Castle is just around the corner.

Go up the steps to the front door, which opens out into a spacious hall. This kitchen is full of character and houses a range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and cookbooks for inspiration should you need it. There is a separate utility room with an additional sink for rinsing beachwear, washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals head to the spacious dining room where a large table sits next to a large bay window allowing in plenty of light. Upstairs, the lounge is located on the first floor and is a bright and airy room with fantastic sea views across to Hastings pier, a large comfortable sofa, and wood burner for cosy evenings in front of a film on the TV, which has a DVD player, Sky and Netflix. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a super king-size bed with zip and link bed, this room has wooden flooring, exposed brick chimney breast, TV/DVD and steps down to a separate WC and en-suite shower room with a fully-enclosed sauna. On the second floor there is further bedroom with a super king-size bed with additional single bed, which has a cosy wood burner, extensive built-in wardrobes and spectacular sea views. The spacious bathroom has wooden floors, a large Jacuzzi bath, WC, walk-in power shower and even an exercise bike.

Outside there is a fully enclosed, partially covered courtyard garden with a rustic pine table and wooden bench, this is a fantastic spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
