All deposits and payments are non-refundable and travel insurance will cover most cancellations, however if we are able to re-let the property for the dates you have booked, we will return the cost of your holiday minus an administrative charge of £50. Please treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
There is a refundable security deposit to ensure against damage. Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
There is a 4-6 person hot tub available for £325 for a midweek or weekend break and £400 for the week.
The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
