Arniss Lodge is a 3 bedroom Lodge boasting a superb location with direct access to the New Forest that has breath-taking views of open countryside. It’s open plan layout accommodates 6 + 2 (additional en-suite bedroom annexe available to hire for 20% of the rental) guests making it the perfect base for friends or families to come together to enjoy the New Forest. The Lodge is in the quiet hamlet of Godshill accessed down a private lane and sharing it’s enviable position with a working riding and livery stables.

The Lodge is a single storey property with a large open plan lounge with skylights and beams with wood burning stove, a dining area which comfortably seats 8. Off this living space are 2 bedrooms. The small hall come utility area leads to the family bathroom and with modern kitchen. Facilities include two Smart TVs with Sky, WiFi throughout. Through the kitchen is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside there is a BBQ and patio are with seating for 8, private gardens, fully enclosed dog proof paddock and ample parking. 4 – 6 person hot tub available to hire.

Beautiful walks and cycle routes are all literally on the doorstep, with deer grazing in the surrounding fields. There are two pubs and cycle hire within walking distance. The town of Fordingbridge is a short drive away with supermarkets, shops and a selection of pubs and takeaways.

Additional facilities available

One acre paddock available to bring your own horses at £150 per horse with direct rides out into the New Forest and is adjoining an existing equestrian facility.

Facilities and Services: Oil fired central heating and electricity included. Travel cot, 2 high chairs (but please bring own cot bedding), dogs welcome, paddock enclosed for dogs. Garden with patio and barbecue area. Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.

There is a £250 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage, pets are charged at £40 each

Cancellation PolicyIf you have to cancel, please advise us immediately. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and travel insurance will cover most cancellations, however if we are able to re-let the property for the dates you have booked, we will return the cost of your holiday minus an administrative charge of £50. Please treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

Other RulesThere is a refundable security deposit to ensure against damage. Dogs are charged at £40 per dog.
There is a 4-6 person hot tub available for £325 for a midweek or weekend break and £400 for the week.
The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per bag thereafter.
