The New Forest cottage ‘Mews Hill’ is less than a mile from Fordingbridge or 11 miles from the market town of Salisbury with its stunning Cathedral.
Mews Hill has proved very popular for large family get-togethers celebrating a special occasion or a summer holiday home. Bright, modern, and spacious guests return again and again to enjoy all it has to offer. The dining table can even be extended to seat over 20 if booking Criddlestyle Cottage as well for a large group celebration. With ample space for parking and outdoor activities with an enclosed garden including garden furniture, shed for storing bicycles and fishing equipment, trampoline and a BBQ. We also welcome pets. The garage is now converted to a games room with table tennis and table football included to keep the children occupied or adults! Use of a Golf SkyTrack simulator is also available. Exclusive fishing is available at an extra cost. Mews Hill blends a modern holiday home with a real ‘home from home’ experience for the discerning guest.

A permanent hot tub that seats 4 – 6 persons is available for hire at £300 for a short break and £375 for a week.

Mews Hill offers an adjoining 2-acre paddock and stables for two ponies or small horses are available on a DIY basis if you wish to bring your own horse at £100 per horse per week. The paddock adjoins a bridleway which gives access to the National Park.
Immediately adjoining the house, a few years ago, we planted up a small copse which is also fenced off to stop the deer and rabbits getting in. We have also put in a picnic bench so guests can enjoy the copse. As well as providing the perfect picnic area, the fencing provides a great dog run.
