If you have to cancel, please advise us immediately. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and travel insurance will cover most cancellations, however if we are able to re-let the property for the dates you have booked, we will return the cost of your holiday minus an administrative charge of £50. Please treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
